Please return your item unused and in original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with order number within 14 days. Any items used or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund as well as those sent after the 14 day return period.

Returns process: All return requests are to be made via email. Please send an email of your returns request to simple.eleganceee@gmail.com. The email should include your order number, the item or items you wish to return and reason for return. 

Please note : All customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. All shipping costs are non-refundable and shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.
